After spending last week in Perth, David Powell and Heming Hu were home for less than 3 days before catching 5:30am flight to China, via Sydney, this morning. They are part of the Australian Team that will compete at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow/Scotland from July 23 - August 3.
They will have a 5 day training camp in China then travel to Scotland and spend the final week preparing as a team before the Games start.
